CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
As Aze Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“No48 Alaçatı”); we give great importance and sensitivity to the confidentiality and security of your personal data. Within this framework, one of our priorities is to process and store all kinds of personal data of all persons associated with No48 Alaçatı Hotel, including our guests who benefit from our services and products and our contacts with whom we have a business relationship, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”).
With the title of “Data Supervisor” we carry in accordance with the PDPL and with the awareness of this responsibility, we would like to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, the methods and reasons for collecting your data, your rights regarding the processing of your personal data, and the application procedures and principles, which are the method of exercising these rights, as follows.
WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
As No48 Alaçatı Hotel, we collect personal data belonging to our guests, visitors and business contacts (including shareholders, authorities and employees of the institutions with which we have all kinds of business relations such as travel agencies, suppliers, subcontractors) in accordance with PDPL if necessary. We can list the personal data we collect as follows:
Identity Data:
The data we collect from our guests, visitors, business contacts (shareholders, authorities and employees of the institutions with which we have all kinds of business relations such as travel agencies, suppliers, contractors) are data about the identity of the person such as name, surname, T.R. ID number, nationality, vehicle registration information, photocopy of identity card.
Contact Data:
The data we collect from our guests, visitors, business contacts (shareholders, authorities and employees of the institutions with which we have all kinds of business relations such as travel agencies, suppliers, contractors, etc.), are the data that enable contact with the person such as phone number, address, e-mail address.
Data on Family Members / Relatives:
These are the data about the family members, relatives or persons accompanying you during your stay, which we collect from our guests in accordance with the related legislation and/or in order to protect the legal and other interests of our Company or the related person.
Financial Data:
These are the data such as wages, salary information, payment information, credit card information that we collect from our guests and business contacts according to the legal relationship that our company has established with the data subject.
Personal Data:
These are all kinds of personal data that are the basis for the formation of the personal rights of real persons who are in a business relationship with our Company, which we collect from the authorities and employees of the institutions with which we have contractor and similar business relations.
Physical Location Security Data:
They are the personal data such as security and camera records taken from our guests, visitors, business contacts (contractors and employees of the institutions with which we have a business relationship) at the entrance to the physical location and during their stay in the physical location.
Audio/Visual Data:
These are personal data such as photographs, audio and video recordings that do not fall within the scope of physical location security information and that we collect from our guests, business contacts (shareholders, authorities and employees of the institution with which we have all kinds of business relations such as contractors, subcontractors).
Transaction Data:
These are personal data related to the transactions performed by the guest such as reservation information, accommodation or visit records, product or service purchases, membership information, groups and events related to accommodation, guest preferences that we collect from our guests.
Contact and Complaint Management Data:
These are the personal data obtained from our guests, visitors, business contacts (shareholders, authorities and employees of the institutions with which we have all kinds of business relations such as travel agencies, suppliers, contractors) and other third parties in the processes of receiving and evaluating all kinds of requests or complaints against our company.
Special Quality Personal Data:
These are the data we collect from our guests, visitors and business contacts, such as health data, association and foundation membership, biometric data (audio and video recordings), blood type and criminal conviction information specified in Article 6 of the PDPL.
Other Data:
These are the data collected from our guests, visitors, business contacts (shareholders, officials and employees of the institutions with which we have all kinds of business relations such as travel agencies, suppliers, contractors) and other third parties, data collected for technical transaction security, risk management information, legal transaction data, marketing data, location data, cookies and other ways and data collected by automatic ways.
WHICH METHODS AND LEGAL REASONS DO WE COLLECT / PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We collect your Personal Data by these methods as follows,
• Through reservation, registration/entry to our facilities and other communication methods including printed and electronic forms during your stay in our facilities,
• Through our websites, our social media accounts operated on behalf of No48 Alaçatı Hotel and its brands in various social media channels,
• Through e-mail, telephone, other communication methods including printed and electronic forms that we use within the scope of No48 Alaçatı Hotels sales and marketing activities,
• Through the closed-circuit camera systems in our No48 Alaçatı Hotel accommodation facility,
• Through the Contracts we have signed with you or your authorized company within the scope of the business activities we perform, commercial offers submitted, printed and electronic forms, documents, correspondence, applications made to us,
• Through business cards and other documents provided by you within the scope of our business meetings and events,
• No48 Alaçatı; through third parties such as business contacts, travel agencies or companies that it supplies services/products; We collect data through various methods that are fully or partially automated or non-automated as part of any data recording system, provided that these methods are in verbal, written or electronic media.
We process your personal data that we collect in accordance with the abovementioned methods based on one or several of the legal reasons stated below:
• Having your explicit consent,
• The requirement to process the provisions of laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Türkiye,
• Mandatory for the protection of your or someone else’s life or bodily integrity in case you are unable to disclose your consent due to actual impossibility,
• The requirement for the performance of the contract we have concluded with you or your company,
• The requirement to process your personal data in order to fulfill our legal obligations,
• Publicization of your personal data by you,
• The requirement to exercise or protect our legal or contractual rights as a company,
• The requirement of processing your personal data for our legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
We keep all your personal data we process in accordance with the periods required by the PDPL and other legislation and in any case by taking all necessary administrative and technical measures as long as the above-mentioned legitimate purposes do not disappear.
FOR WHAT PURPOSE WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We process your Personal Data we collect for the purposes below according to its qualification:
• The performance of our hotel operations, the realization of your demands and expectations with the products and services offered to you by No48 Alaçatı Hotel, and providing our guests with the desired level of hospitality and personal experience,
• Performing the necessary planning, evaluation and studies by our business units to ensure that our guests benefit from our products and services;
• Communicating directly with our guests and business contacts in order to provide and manage services within the scope of our hotel activities; providing correspondence, notifications and booking confirmations regarding our hotel and accommodation services;
• Performing advertising and marketing activities for the products and services offered by No48 Alaçatı Hotel, informing about promotions, promotions, campaigns, offers, bulletins, events and similar issues, conducting corporate communication activities, customizing products and services according to the tastes, usage habits and needs of the related persons;
• Performing Marketing and Guest Relationship Management activities;
• Organizing and informing about corporate communication and other events, campaigns and invitations within this scope, performing market research studies;
• In order to improve the digital platforms, we offer to our guests and to provide an efficient and personalized experience, to generate statistics on the number, type, frequency of visits, behavior, geographical location, etc. of users, to offer personalized content, campaigns and advertisements according to the interests and needs of platform users, and to use cookies for this purpose;
• Following up and evaluating the requests, suggestions and complaints received from the related persons, managing guest satisfaction and implementing planning, statistics and satisfaction evaluation studies in this context;
• Conducting quality assessment and improvement studies to provide better and reliable products and services and to provide better and more reliable products and services and to ensure sustainability, auditing of suppliers, subcontractors and similar persons with whom we have business relations;
• Management of relations with business contacts, travel agencies, suppliers, contractors and similar companies in business relations, management of business and commercial relations;

• Managing policies related to financial affairs; e-invoice management;
• Planning, auditing and management of information security processes, management of information technologies infrastructure;
• Planning, reporting, visitor/customer statistics and similar examinations within the scope of our Company’s activities and/or,
• Ensuring compliance with domestic legislation, providing information requested by public institutions and organizations, fulfilling reporting obligations.
DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES AND/OR ABROAD?
In the presence of the above-mentioned legal reasons and in line with the stated purposes; In order to continue our Company’s activities and business processes, we transfer your personal data to our business partners located at domestic and / or abroad and providing services to our Company, our cooperating agencies and business contacts offering online hotel reservation services, our suppliers, third-party service providers providing in-facility services, insurance companies, banks and financial institutions, consultancy firms that we receive support in the fields of law, tax, etc., Company authorities, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private persons, to service providers that we receive support in the fields of storage, archiving, information technology support in Türkiye and/or abroad that process personal data on behalf of our Company, provided that they comply with the provisions regulated under the PDPL. As No48 Alaçatı Hotel, we undertake that your personal data will be kept safely and will not be processed in an illegal manner.
THE RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER WITHIN THE SCOPE OF PDPL AND APPLICATION PROCEDURES AND PRINCIPLES
Your Rights Related to Your Personal Data
We would like to state that you have the rights listed below related to your data being processed within the Company:
• Learning if your personal data is being processed or not,
• Obtaining information about your personal data if it is being processed,
• Learning what the purpose of processing your personal data is and if your personal data is used in accordance with its purpose,
• If any, learning who are the third parties to whom the data is transferred at domestic or abroad and which data is transferred,
• Requesting correction of processed personal data in case it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Requesting notification of these transactions to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred in case of correction, deletion or destroying of your personal data,
• Requesting the deletion or destroying of your processed personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data disappear or your personal data loses its currency,
• Objection to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed personal data exclusively through automatic systems,
• You have the right to demand recovery of damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
Application
You can make your requests regarding your rights stated above by submitting a written application with a wet signature in person or through a notary public with your application that provides the minimum conditions foreseen by the Notification on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Supervisor to our KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) address fdfdf@hs02.kep.tr, to our e-mail address kvk@no48alacatihotel.com with mobile signature or e-signature or to our address Celal Bayar, 5193. Sk. No:62, 35930 Çeşme/İzmir.
no48 Alaçatı Hotel will finalize the requests addressed to it free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the quality of the request. In case a cost arises due to the fulfillment of your requests, we may only charge you the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Committee.
We may accept the requests addressed to no48 Alaçatı Hotel or reject the requests by explaining the reason and we may send this response in writing or electronically to the person making the request. In case the request is accepted, as No48 Alaçatı, we are obliged to fulfill the requirement of the request immediately.
Complaint
In case your requests to No48 Alaçatı are rejected by the Company, you are not satisfied with the response given by the Company or if no response is given, you may file a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Committee within 30 days from the date the response is notified to you and within 30 days from the end of the 30-day period if no response is given.
