ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
No48 Alaçatı Hotel remains committed to the pleasure of traveling, which is an important part of our lives. We have updated our cancellation policy, considering the current situation.
The fee difference will be charged when guests request to upgrade to a higher category room.
Upgrades to a higher category room are subject to a fee.
PRICES
All room rates are in TURKISH LIRA (TRY), VAT and Breakfast are included in the accommodation.
Prices and services included in the prices are as stated in your confirmation letter.
PAYMENT GUARANTEE POLICY
All Reservation require 100% prepayment on the date of reservation and will be deemed confirmed after all deposits and payments have been processed according to the conditions below. If full payment is not received on time, Biblos reserves the right to suspend reservations without prior notice. Confirmation is also subject to receipt of all guest names, especially for multiple room reservations. Payment is accepted by credit card or bank transfer. There is an online payment link for secure credit card payments, for which the card used (and all online reservations) must be submitted by the cardholder during check-in, accompanied by passport or identity verification.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your reservations free of charge up to 5 days before your arrival day.
Cancellations after that day will be subject to 100% no-show. In case the right to cancel is exercised in due time, the refund process is started. The price will be refunded in full and in the currency in which the payment was made (TL, USD or Euro).
EARLY CHECK-OUTS
Early Check-outs are subject to 100% No-Show. Early check-outs and cancellations due to bad weather conditions are subject to a fee.
In Alaçatı, which is famous for its unique nature, beaches, flavors as well as entertainment, the highest level of sound insulation has been applied on your room windows to protect you from the discomfort that may arise from the sound. For a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to keep your windows closed at night, we inform you that the sound from entertainment places cannot be completely isolated, and we remind you that early check-out and cancellation requests cannot be refunded because of the sound.
PRICING POLICY FOR CHILDREN
For child stays in the same room with adults 0-5,99 years are free of charge.
CHECK-INS & OUTS
Check-in time is 15:00, check-out time is 12:00.
The hotel requests 50% of the accommodation fee for guests who want to check out late until 18:00 and 100% of the accommodation fee for guests who want to check out late after 18:00, based on availability.
Visitors who are not registered at the time of reservation are not allowed to enter the room.
OFFER CONDITIONS
The benefits of the offers are provided at the sole discretion of No48 Alaçatı.
The offer has no predetermined termination date and may continue until No48 Alaçatı decides to terminate the offer at any time when it deems appropriate, with or without notice.
No48 Alaçatı reserves the right to add, modify, delete or change it other ways, the rules, procedures, conditions, benefits regarding the offer at its sole discretion with or without notice, even if these changes affect the benefits or Confirmations collected up to that time.
